# Panama City Hall Staff Complete Training to Improve Public Service

The Municipality of Panama City awarded certificates to 30 employees who completed the virtual course “Image and Professional Projection,” a 40-hour training program designed to strengthen the service experience for taxpayers and contributors who interact with city offices.
